Delivery and payment

We are committed to providing an efficient and reliable delivery experience for all our customers. Our products are delivered free of charge nationwide.

- Estimated Delivery Lead Times

Orders are processed as soon as they are placed, Monday through Friday, between 08:00 and 16:00. For orders placed outside of these hours or on weekends, they will be processed on the first following business day.
Our standard delivery time for products is 2-5 working days from order confirmation. Please note that delivery estimates may vary depending on your location and product availability. During holidays and sales periods, delivery times may be extended.

- Delivery process

After confirming your order, you will receive a confirmation email containing delivery details. Orders are shipped via our partner courier company, which may include Raben or DPD. You can track your order's delivery status using the provided tracking number in your confirmation email. 
Physical deliveries are made door to door (Free delivery entails transporting the product from the Art Flame warehouse to the front entrance of the customer's building. It's important to note that for residences situated in multi-storey buildings, 'door of the building' refers to the primary access door to the complex, typically located on the ground floor).

- Return and exchange policy

If you are not completely satisfied with your product, please reach out to us within 14 days of receiving your order to initiate a return or exchange process. For further details, please refer to our return and exchange policy page.
